Return Eligibility Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process To initiate a return, email us at theombrestudio@gmail.com with order details and a video/photo of the issue. Return shipping is to be covered by the customer unless the error is on our part.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
